Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Policy


1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you to exchange product which have an equivalent value.



2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Singapore (except Restricted Zones).


3. Delivery Time

Orders are packed and shipped from Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and selected holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders will be shipped out 1-3 business day after we received the orders. Deliveries by our courier provider to your address might take 2-5 business days upon acceptance of your order.  Quoted delivery times are a guide only. While Chicco Singapore endeavours to meet the targeted delivery times, from time-to-time factors beyond our control can result in delayed delivery. 

Your deliveries will be made through our designated courier providers, and you will be notified of the courier upon dispatch of your order. Refer to the designated courier company for terms and conditions. 


4. Delivery Instructions

Once you have indicated your address and you have received confirmation of your order, we regret that no changes to the specified address and/or delivery option will be accepted. If you wish to change/cancel your order, you may click on cancel order before your order has been shipped. We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods and timelines if your delivery address is remote or to cancel the order if delivery is not feasible.

In the unlikely event that the parcel/carton is damaged and/or the security seal is broken, then the receiving person can reject the parcel/carton on the spot. The customer service will get in touch with you as we receive the notification. In addition, we shall not be liable for any damage or loss occurred during shipping.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
