Return Policy

Returns must be done within seven (7) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:

You received the wrong item in your package, or the item has a major manufacturing defect (excluding goods marked as display set items or clearance goods).

And the general requirements for returns are as follows: 

1.     You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).

2.     The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts, vouchers received with it.

3.     The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.


Once a request for exchange or return is submitted, a customer service representative will contact you for more information to determine whether the product should be returned.  You will be requested to provide information and images in relation to the defect, so that an initial assessment can be made. If it is sufficiently determined that the product requires returning for exchange or refund, the return address will be provided. The product must be returned with the original packaging and shipping container. Chicco will not be liable for the return shipping fee, unless otherwise specified.


Return Policy Exceptions

*Please be informed that there are goods/products that are strictly not returnable & refundable, due to its product content, usage guidelines, shelf life, expiry time, storage condition and other related characteristics. Each good/product may vary accordingly. At Chicco, we take this great measure to ensure the highest quality of goods/products to all customers.

All returns & exchanges are subject to the final approval.


Refund Policy 

We DO NOT allow refund of money. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service with details of the product and the defect. We will assist you with the necessary procedures and notify you withing a reasonable time period.    

*PLEASE ENSURE YOU CHECK YOUR PRODUCT FOR DEFECTS UPON RECIEPT PRIOR TO REMOVING TAGS OR LABELS, WASHING OR WEARING.  DO NOT THROW OUT THE PACKAGING UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED THE PRODUCT.
